IMPORTANT NOTICE

We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


1. Can I Return My Order?

Yes, returns are possible.

If you are not satisfied with the products you have received, you may return them within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The product must include all original parts and accessories and be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

  2. The product may only show signs of normal use. Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling cannot be returned.

  3. Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.

  4. Any damage, defects, or missing items must be reported immediately upon receipt.

  5. CAROL & LILY SAVANNAH reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

  6. Once received, returns will be inspected and processed within 7 business days.

We reserve the right to reject returned items if there is reason to believe they have been used improperly or damaged by the customer.


2. How Do I Return My Order?

Please do not send any products back without first receiving return authorization from us.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


3. Order Cancellation

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) receives the final product.

Because our order processing system is highly automated, orders begin processing immediately after purchase. Therefore, we are generally unable to stop shipments once an order has entered the fulfillment process.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Orders Already in Transit

If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

In this case, you must wait until the package is delivered and then request a return according to this policy.

To speed up processing, please provide the shipment tracking information for your returned package.


4. Refunds

Once your return has been approved and received, we will refund all payments received for the returned products.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable where applicable.
